You are enough. What you’re feeling is normal. And you deserve to sleep.
I support new parents through those exhausting early weeks — so you can rest deeply, recover fully, and wake up feeling like yourself again.
The postpartum period can feel overwhelming — especially those long, uncertain nights when you’re running on empty. I’m here to take the night shift so you can truly rest, knowing your baby is cared for by someone who understands that every family is different.

“My goal is simple: I want you to feel confident. To know that you are enough. To understand that it’s okay and completely normal to feel what you’re feeling.”
After working for an agency for many years, I took the leap to build my own practice. Now, I work independently — supported by a trusted network of doulas I can count on when families need coverage.
I love helping parents in their journey to parenthood — reminding them that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Every baby is different, every parent is different, and my role is to meet you exactly where you are.
When I arrive for our night together, we’ll start with a conversation about your day and when your baby last fed. I’ll answer any questions you have, and together we’ll plan out the night based on your baby’s feeding schedule and your family’s needs.

Every night looks different — because every baby is different.
I adapt to your baby’s rhythm so you can get the rest you desperately need.
I come in from 10pm to 6am. We’ll talk about your day, go over feeding times, and plan out the night based on your baby’s needs. Every night looks a little different, and that’s perfectly okay.
Yes, I am current with all vaccines.
If I’m sick or a family member is, I’ll do my best to arrange coverage from my trusted network. If that’s not possible, your missed night will be moved to the end of your contract so you never lose any booked time.
